The implementation of the Project co-financed by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości) as part of Measure 1.2 “Internationalisation of SMEs” under the 1st Priority Axis “Entrepreneurial Eastern Poland” Eastern Poland 2014-2020 Operational Programme titled:
“Dotmedia expansion project to new target markets in Germany and the United Kingdom”
Project goals and planned effects:
The main goal of the Company’s above-mentioned internationalisation project was to identify target markets that, with appropriate measures and a budget allowing for their implementation, will be able to prove to be key export markets for the Company in the coming years. Both assumptions were met as part of the Operational Programme Easter Poland Measure 1.2 “Internationalisation of SMEs”, which ultimately resulted in the Company’s involvement in the project and initiated a number of analyses and studies that allowed for the selection of two final internationalisation target markets that were deemed most prospective and adequate to the products offered by the Company. Dotmedia assumed not only the profitability and feasibility of the internationalisation project itself on the markets of Germany and the United Kingdom, but also the future further effective development of the business, owing to appropriately planned expansion activities.
